Start with your situation ↗
  1. 01

    Clarify the route

Review your circumstances, current status and any existing application or notice before recommending further work.

  2. 02

    Identify the gaps

Explain what evidence needs checking and which documents are still needed, using the records already available.

  3. 03

    Agree the next step

Set out the work, its sequence and the fee breakdown. Professional fees and government charges are explained separately.

A clear sequence
makes a difference.

These service patterns guide our approach. Every recommendation depends on the facts of the matter.

A citizenship file needs clarity.

The problem: Existing records may point to a route that needs confirmation before further steps are taken.

Our approach: Review the evidence, seek the necessary status confirmation, then sequence any identity-document or passport work. Explain each stage and its costs.

A project needs a sound foundation.

The problem: Missing founder details, unsigned documents or a filing deadline can hold up an organisation’s plans.

Our approach: Consolidate the records, prepare governance and signature documents, and support registration before moving to dependent immigration or project steps.

A brief summary is enough. Leave out identity numbers and sensitive case details. We’ll explain how to share supporting documents securely.

Review the email draft, then send it using your email app. This form does not send or file an application.

Know what to expect.

Can you help with an application already in progress?

Yes. Tell us when it was filed, what response or notice you received, and what you need help with. We review the existing position before proposing another application or further work.

How will I know what the work costs?

We explain the proposed scope and professional fees separately from government or statutory charges. Any additional work is discussed before you authorise it. Case-specific fees are confirmed in your own quote.

Can you guarantee approval or a decision date?

We support preparation, coordination and follow-up. Decisions and processing times remain with the relevant authorities.

What if I have a deadline or an urgent notice?

Include the date and type of notice in your enquiry. If a deadline is close, email us directly and clearly mark it. Sending an enquiry does not extend a deadline or confirm that we have accepted instructions.
